Administrative Structure
Expertise excellency is one of the differentials of the Port of Navegantes. The human force is formed by active and engaged aides with a 35 years of age average. Presently the site holds more than 230 people. Of these, 90% come from cities neighboring Navegantes. In order to make these specialists capable the company makes available courses of about 25 days span. Activities contribute to forming of aides and in the integration between them, the company and the community. A good example is the Port Development Program (PDP). The Port of Navegantes has 13 instructors trained by the Brazilian Navy who enable other aides on matters related to the sector.
